Returns Policy
Cancellations
Since all our items are made to order, please contact hello@studiopriart.com immediately after placing the order if you would like to cancel. We cannot issue a refund if order is cancelled after it is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to change of mind, however we are happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please note that additional postage costs will be at your own expense and Studio Pri Art is not responsible for any refund of custom/duty fees that may have been payable by you upon import (for international orders).
Items that are not delivered due to incorrect address input will not be refunded. If you notice a mistake in the address you have provided at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to rectify this for you before your order is dispatched.
Any damaged, lost, or stolen items must be reported immediately. When reporting damage be sure to share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the item arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be replaced.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or original paintings, unless the painting arrives damaged in which case please contact hello@studiopriart.com with photos as soon as possible.
Legal rights
Notwithstanding the above, if your item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. In this case, please note that your item must be in the same new condition that you received it in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number and receipt.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or override your rights under relevant applicable law.

Refunds
You will receive a notification once your return has been received and reviewed. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact hello@studiopriart.com.
