Shipping & Delivery

UK

All items are made to order in my London studio and will be dispatched within 5 working days, usually within 1-2 days. All orders are sent using Royal Mail and you will be able to select your preferred delivery option at checkout. 

Orders are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure you track your item and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. 

Original paintings are sent using signed-for Royal Mail services with insurance due to their value. 

You may collect in-person for free from my studio in London. I will be in touch after you have placed your order to confirm the collection details. 

International

Worldwide shipping is available! 

Exceptions are: 

  • countries sanctioned, embargoed or otherwise restricted by the UK government 
  • the EU due to the recent GPSR regulations, however this is temporary and will be available soon 
  • the US due to recent tariff laws, however this will be available soon using Royal Mail's PDDP service

International orders can take between 5-10 days to dispatch and up to 30 days to deliver.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside of the UK (including to the EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees (such as VAT or GST). These charges are determined by your country’s import laws and are the responsibility of the buyer. These may be required to be paid by you before your package can be delivered. Studio Pri Art has no control over these fees or possible delays caused by customs. 

Packaging

All products A3 size and under are shipped flat in a rigid mailer. 

    As a small business with most production and packaging taking place in my studio, I appreciate your patience. Please note that there may be slight delays around major holiday periods or owing to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, however you will receive updates at every stage of the process from preparation, dispatch and delivery and will be notified of any major delays.
