These terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with Studio Pri Art (“Studio Pri Art”, “we”, “us” or “our”) by trade customers, retailers and other business customers (“Customer”, “you” or “your”).

By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance of the order.

  • DELIVERY

    Lead times are 5-10 working days from receipt of payment however I will always endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

    During busy times of the year or for large orders, this may be longer. You will always be updated and notified of an approximate delivery date when you place your order.

  • MOQ & CARRIAGE

    • Case size of 6 for Greetings Cards
    • Order minimum: £50 (excluding delivery)
    • Carriage: £6.50
    • Carriage paid: £120 (UK mainland only)


    International orders and the Channel Islands are quoted separately when placing an order.

  • VAT

    All prices shown on the Studio Pri Art trade website are the total prices payable. Studio Pri Art is not VAT registered, and therefore VAT is not charged separately on wholesale orders.

    Our wholesale prices have been set with this taken into account.

  • PRICES

    List prices are subject to change.

    Any local taxes, duties, customs charges or similar are the responsibility of the customer.

  • RETURNS

    Subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction, all wholesale orders are considered firm sale and returns are not accepted.

    In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please email as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days after receipt.

  • RESALE

    If any Studio Pri Art products are sold online, credit must be given to Studio Pri Art in the product description.

    Retailers may not resell Studio Pri Art products on any third party platform without prior written consent.
